Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Victory Consulting Firm LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source and enroll IT contractors across cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering, and enterprise systems. The role includes candidate vetting, meeting a 48-hour candidate-submittal SLA, and managing contractor onboarding, rate negotiations, and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and screen senior IT contractors across Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Systems
- Execute thorough 30-minute technical and linguistic vetting interviews (verifying English, French, or Dual-Language capabilities)
- Maintain a submittal SLA of under 48 hours from requisition intake to candidate presentation
- Manage contractor onboarding paperwork, rate negotiations, and engagement renewals via Rippling
Skills
- 2+ years of agency technical recruiting experience sourcing IT contract talent
- Deep experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and tech communities
- Proven ability to vet technical skill sets in Cloud, Security, DevOps, or Software Engineering
- Professional fluency in French; bilingual French-English screening capability required for Quebec Bill 96 compliance
