[Remote] Senior Vertical Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alba Wheels Up International, LLC is hiring a Senior Vertical Sales Manager to grow its retail, fashion, and consumer goods business. The role owns the retail new-revenue budget and develops new business across customs brokerage, freight forwarding, cross-border solutions, and trade advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Retail NR budget
• Build a targeted pipeline of retail, apparel, footwear and consumer goods importers
• Win new logos across customs brokerage, freight forwarding, southern border and Regulatory Trade Services
• Lead executive conversations with supply chain, trade compliance and finance leaders
• Build value-based proposals around landed cost, freight, duty savings, tariff mitigation, classification and FTA use
• Bring in Trade Advisory, pricing and operations to design and close complex deals
• Represent Alba at key retail and supply chain conferences and turn meetings into pipeline
• Run a disciplined pipeline and forecast in HubSpot
• Partner with account management to onboard new clients and set them up for long-term growth

Skills

• 5 to 8 years of sales experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding or 3PL services, with a strong record in retail and consumer goods
• A track record of opening and closing new accounts
• Active relationships with retail importers at the director and VP level
• Working knowledge of tariffs, classification and trade remedies, and how they shape retail margins
• A consultative style and confidence leading executive conversations
• Drive, organization and strong CRM habits
• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker or Certified Customs Specialist
• Experience with Mexico nearshoring or cross-border programs
