[Remote] SEO Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is recruiting an SEO Specialist for an unnamed client’s in-house Organic Search team. The role executes enterprise SEO initiatives across content, technical optimization, and keyword research, while monitoring performance and supporting visibility in traditional and AI-powered search.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies across content, technical SEO, and keyword optimization initiatives
• Conduct keyword research, content analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities
• Perform technical SEO audits and partner with development teams to improve site health, crawlability, and indexation
• Monitor organic search performance, develop reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Stay current on search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility within both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms
• Collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Product, Paid Search, Development, Accessibility, and other cross-functional teams
• Support implementation of structured data, content architecture enhancements, and other SEO best practices
• Help establish and track KPIs aligned with business and website objectives

Skills

• 2+ years of SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and SEO analytics
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms
• Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, development, and business teams
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project prioritization skills

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to Generative AI search optimization (GEO), AI-driven search experiences, or emerging search technologies
• Familiarity with medical, legal, or regulatory review processes
