Responsibilities
- Build and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Develop and optimize data workflows in Alteryx
- Create Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Support monitoring, reporting, and analytics in Splunk
- Design and improve business processes and technical workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Splunk
- Strong process design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
