Curate Partners is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support system reliability, production operations, and availability engineering. The role focuses on observability, service performance metrics, cloud infrastructure, automation, and incident management.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience with Grafana for observability, monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting
- Strong background in system reliability, production operations, and availability engineering
- Experience improving observability maturity and operational standards across multiple teams
- Proven experience defining and operationalizing SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and service performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably GCP
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices integrated into engineering workflows
- Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and resilience engineering
- Experience in Python
- Familiarity with container platforms and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Data Engineering pipelines using Airflow and Beam
- Experience with log aggregation, tracing, and end-to-end telemetry ecosystems
- Exposure to AIOps or AI-enabled SRE use cases, including intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, incident summarization, or remediation assistance
