[Remote] Social Media Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TFL Sports creates premium sports trading cards, sticker albums, and collectible programs. The Social Media Manager plans, creates, and publishes content across social platforms, manages the content calendar and brand voice, engages customers and collectors, and uses analytics to optimize content and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across all social media platforms, including real-time coverage for all aspects of the trading card production business
• The Social Media Manager will manage the content calendar, coordinate with all members of the TFL Sports team and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Daily tasks include copywriting, asset briefing and review, scheduling posts, monitoring channels, responding to customers, and optimizing content using analytics
• The role also involves staying current with social media trends, collaborating on campaigns that drive trading card customer and collector engagement and reporting on performance metrics to inform strategy

Skills

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand channels and campaigns
• Strong Writing and Communication skills, including clear, engaging copy and the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic image/video editing software
• Knowledge of sports culture
• Ability to work remotely
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Interest in lacrosse and trading cards
