[Remote] Solutions Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OCHIN is a nonprofit health care technology organization. The Solutions Analyst resolves complex technical issues, develops and deploys solution functionality, optimizes processes, and aligns technical strategies with business objectives while collaborating across departments and with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements, while ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams
• Skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Interface Analyst – Epic Bridges Certification (Required)
• Data Conversion Analyst – Epic Bridges Certification (Required or able to obtain within first 6 months of hire)
• Microsoft SQL Server Experience (Required)
• Data Integrity Analyst – Epic Identity Certification (Required)
• Epic Application Analyst – Current Epic certification or accreditation in the assigned module
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience or completion of OCHIN's Apprentice Program (Preferred)
• Epic Care Everywhere Certification (Highly preferred)
• Data Integrity Analyst – plus, one of the following Patient Access, Reporting, Clinical, HIM (ROI, Coding, Deficiency Tracking)
