Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. North Rays is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) to support complex enterprise deals. The role partners with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, architect solutions, deliver custom demos, and guide prospects through evaluation to contract.
Responsibilities
- Be the technical champion in complex enterprise deals
- You'll partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, architect solutions, deliver custom demos, and guide prospects from evaluation to signed contract
Skills
- 3+ years in a solutions engineering or pre-sales role
- Strong scripting skills (Python or JavaScript)
- Experience with automation, RPA, or data infrastructure products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value
