[Remote] Sr Clinical Research Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Planet Pharma is recruiting for an unnamed biotech seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator (Senior CTA). The role supports clinical operations across multiple programs through operational tracking, budget and purchase order management, reporting, meeting coordination, onboarding, and departmental administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical operations trackers, reports, dashboards, and study documentation
• Track purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and vendor-related activities
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Support onboarding of contractors, vendors, and new team members
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts using Visio
• Assist with departmental reports, metrics, and operational projects
• Support Clinical Program Managers and Clinical Operations leadership across multiple studies
• Help maintain organized documentation and inspection-ready records

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, clinical research, project coordination, biotech, pharma, or CRO environments
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience managing trackers, reports, and operational documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Sponsor or CRO experience
• CTA, Clinical Operations Coordinator, or Clinical Operations Specialist background
• Experience with purchase orders, budget tracking, and invoice management
• Familiarity with Veeva, CTMS, or related clinical systems
• Basic understanding of clinical research and trial operations
