[Remote] Sr. Sales Analyst (based in CA, OH, AR, MN)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Premier Nutrition Company is hiring a Senior Sales Analyst for its Retail Sales Activation Team. The role analyzes retail merchandising performance, develops insights and reporting, supports strategic planning, and manages KPI and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Leverage multiple data sets to complete post event analysis of promotional events (display, sampling, resets, etc.)
• Provide trend analysis across multiple event types, retailers/channels and route-to-market (DSD, Warehouse)
• Develop impactful insights from post events and trend analysis work, suggesting strategic improvements
• Share findings with senior internal customers and cross-functional partners
• Provide ad hoc custom analysis supporting customer sales team needs
• Provide required financial & volume input for PNC’s category vision, annual sales plan, annual planning, etc
• Develop content as needed for the National Sales Meeting, customer meetings, and retail broker partner training seminars
• Participate and present as needed at internal and external events
• Track projected and actual performance vs. aligned KPI’s
• Track and report against actual display shipments vs. forecast
• Develop tools to track projected and actual spend vs. budgets
• Develop tools & dashboards to track business objectives (Store-level performance, Display sell-thru, Gap analysis of TDPs, etc.)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in any field
• +3 years of CPG sales and / or marketing experience or related work
• +2 years of analytical experience working with third party consumption and panel data (Circana, Nielsen)
• Experience developing reporting for senior CPG leadership
• Demonstrated understanding of common CPG retail performance metrics
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Complex multi-data set analysis and integration
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Develop fact-based recommendations
• Time management and workload prioritization skills
