[Remote] Strategic Integration Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascension is hiring a Strategic Integration Consultant to support national healthcare initiatives through operational data analysis and strategic recommendations. The role manages implementation plans, reports to executive leadership, supports crisis response, and builds cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of national healthcare initiatives by analyzing operational data and translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations
• Create and present high-level status reports and strategic deliverables to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making
• Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, workstream frameworks, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless project delivery
• Facilitate national crisis response operations by collaborating with leadership to quickly deploy incident command protocols when needed
• Foster cross-functional partner relationships and mentor new team members to strengthen team capabilities and accelerate project onboarding

Skills

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
