In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels
• Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically with Adobe products
• Experience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking
• Strong emotional agility and the ability to collaborate in hybrid environments
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies
