Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aegis Powersports provides finance and insurance products and related solutions for powersports dealerships and their customers. The Territory Sales Manager will maximize sales growth and market penetration in an assigned geographic territory by managing dealer relationships, supporting dealership success through training and development, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and staff
- Deliver exceptional account management and customer service
- Recruit, onboard, and train new dealership partners on Aegis Powersports products and programs
- Conduct dealership visits to provide performance reviews, business analysis, and sales support
- Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal Aegis teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time throughout the assigned territory
Skills
- Minimum of five years of experience in powersports sales, F&I, dealership operations, claims, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership, management, or team development experience
- Proven account management and CRM proficiency
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Equivalent industry experience considered
- Established relationships within the powersports industry
- Bachelor's degree
