[Remote] Vice President of Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Furnished Quarters is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable business growth. The role leads the marketing team and agency partnerships, and works with Sales and executive leadership to generate qualified leads, strengthen client relationships, and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase market visibility, and drive business growth
• Partner with Sales to attract corporate clients, expand enterprise relationships, and develop targeted campaigns, proposals, and RFP responses
• Oversee SEO, Google Ads, paid media, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment
• Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics 4, and emerging AI technologies to improve marketing automation, lead attribution, campaign effectiveness, and AI search visibility
• Guide brand messaging, website content, public relations, corporate communications, and industry events to reinforce our market position
• Develop and mentor marketing professionals, manage external agencies, and ensure accountability for performance, budgets, and deliverables
• Establish meaningful KPIs, evaluate marketing ROI, and connect campaign performance to qualified leads, sales pipeline, and revenue

Skills

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for managing staff
• Proven success developing and executing strategies targeting corporate clients, enterprise accounts, and business decision-makers
• Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEO, paid media, conversion tracking, and marketing performance reporting
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Google Tag Manager, and reporting that connects marketing activity to sales pipeline and revenue
• Experience implementing AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to manage external marketing partners, departmental budgets, and marketing investments with measurable ROI
• Exceptional writing, presentation, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Marketing experience in corporate housing, furnished apartments, extended-stay accommodations, hospitality, corporate travel, relocation services, or a related industry is strongly preferred
