[Remote] Vice-President of Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rusagro-Prim is hiring a Vice-President of Operations to oversee day-to-day operational performance across the organization. The role leads operations teams, monitors KPIs, manages planning and resource allocation, and drives continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and change management.

Responsibilities

• The Vice-President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization
• This role guides operations teams, sets and monitors KPIs, and ensures processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic business goals
• The Vice-President of Operations collaborates with executive leadership on long-term planning, oversees budgets and resource allocation, and drives continuous improvement initiatives
• Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational metrics, resolving escalated issues, coordinating cross-functional projects, and maintaining high standards for customer experience and compliance
• This role also leads change management efforts, mentors managers, and supports the adoption of new systems, tools, and best practices

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional coordination
• Proven capability in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial oversight to support sustainable growth and profitability
• Strong background in Customer Service leadership, with experience shaping service standards and improving client satisfaction
• Advanced skills in Strategic Planning, including setting operational roadmaps, defining goals, and aligning teams with organizational priorities
• Experience in Project Management, managing complex initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
• Track record of leading remote or distributed teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and inclusion
• Experience in senior operations or executive-level roles
• Ideally in complex or multi-site environments
