[Remote] Vice President of Regional Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Polished Pen, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Regional Sales to lead and grow sales across designated regions. The role oversees regional sales strategy, team performance, account management, sales operations, and business development while reporting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing sales across designated regions
• Oversees regional sales strategy, sets performance targets, and manages a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Developing and executing regional sales plans, monitoring sales pipelines, guiding account management activities, and ensuring effective sales operations and processes
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, refine offerings based on market feedback, and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing sales metrics, and reporting on results to senior leadership

Skills

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including experience leading regional or multi-market teams
• Account Management skills to maintain, grow, and optimize relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Sales Operations skills to design and refine processes, workflows, and tools that support efficient sales execution
• Business Development skills to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth
• Demonstrated success in senior-level sales leadership roles
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting abilities, with proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• In services, communications, or related industries
• Advanced degree is a plus
