[Remote] Vice President of Strategic Growth

Big Insurance Code (BIC) is hiring a Vice President of Strategic Growth to drive revenue expansion and market penetration across target regions. The role develops and executes growth strategies, leads cross-functional teams, builds client and partner relationships, and aligns sales, marketing, product, and operations efforts to scale the business.

Responsibilities

• The Vice President of Strategic Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue expansion and market penetration across target regions
• This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, including new market entry, partnership development, and scaling existing business lines
• The Vice President will lead cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, optimize sales pipelines, and align marketing initiatives with business development goals
• Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends, refining go-to-market plans, managing key client and partner relationships, and collaborating with product and operations teams to ensure offerings meet evolving client needs
• The role also involves setting performance targets, mentoring team members, and reporting growth outcomes to senior leadership

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
• Strong Strategic Planning and Marketing skills, including experience designing and executing go-to-market and expansion strategies
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including leading remote or distributed teams and fostering collaboration and accountability
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up environment and managing multiple strategic initiatives across regions
• Experience in the insurance, InsurTech, financial services, or SaaS sectors is highly beneficial
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage
