The role manages direct sales teams and channel partners, drives revenue growth, and collaborates with marketing, product, and operations to strengthen lead generation and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the development and management of direct sales teams and channel partners to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
- Setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing sales processes that align with company objectives
- Collaborates closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and strong customer relationships
- Building strategic partnerships, optimizing sales operations, and representing FlowMatic AI in key customer and industry engagements
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with Channel Sales and working effectively with Channel Partners to develop and grow indirect sales channels
- Strong background in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization
- Leadership abilities in building, coaching, and motivating distributed sales teams in a remote environment
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, or technology solutions in B2B markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work across time zones and manage global sales activities in a flexible, part-time capacity
- Preferably to agencies, consultants, and IT or SaaS companies
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
