[Remote] WFH Family Benefits Consultant

Globe Life is hiring a Family Benefits Consultant to guide clients through enrollment and help them explore supplemental benefit options. The role focuses on virtual client meetings, relationship-building, service, and accurate documentation and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development

Skills

• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role
• Strong communication and people skills
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
• Recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications
