[Remote] Work Form Home Insurance Sales Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. C. I. Recruitment is seeking an Account Representative to help clients understand and access benefit programs through virtual consultations. The role includes reviewing options, supporting enrollment and onboarding, and providing customer service, with training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients to review available benefit options
• Educate clients on programs and coverage available to them
• Assist clients with enrollment and onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work independently while receiving support from leadership

Skills

• Strong communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Must have reliable internet access
• Must be comfortable using Zoom or other video platforms
• Must be willing to complete any applicable licensing requirements if required for the role
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus
