[Remote] Youtube Ads Media Buyer

AI Case Leads generates signed personal injury cases for law firms and is hiring a YouTube Ads Media Buyer to own and scale its YouTube acquisition channel. The role focuses on campaign testing and optimization, performance analysis across the full funnel, and close collaboration with creative and intake teams to increase qualified leads and signed cases.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and scale YouTube campaigns across multiple states and markets
• Test audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages
• Track performance through the whole funnel: spend, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and cost per signed case
• Find winning campaigns and scale them without breaking efficiency
• Diagnose and fix performance drops quickly
• Work with the creative team on video concepts, scripts, hooks, and angles
• Use campaign data to decide which creative gets produced next
• Research competitors and spot new opportunities
• Keep a clean testing log: what we tested, what won, what lost, and what’s next

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on YouTube Ads experience
• A track record of scaling performance campaigns with meaningful monthly spend
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube campaign structures and bidding
• A strong direct-response marketing foundation
• Comfort with numbers and making decisions from data
• A solid understanding of creative testing, messaging, and offers
• Experience managing several campaigns at once
• You take ownership
• You're self-directed
• You communicate clearly in writing, manage your own priorities, and don't need to be micromanaged
• You test with intent
• Every test has a hypothesis behind it
• You treat creative as part of your job, not something that just gets handed to you
• You do need to know YouTube Ads, want to get better, and own your results
• Lead generation experience (strongly preferred)
• Personal injury, legal, insurance, or other high-value lead gen experience (a big plus)
• Experience with offline conversion tracking or CRM-to-Google feedback loops (a plus)
