Clinic owners state their goals in plain chat, and SHMEL's AI agents run the marketing: strategy, ads, SEO, social, email, all compliance-checked against healthcare rules. If you want to help build a category leader from the ground floor, read on. The role Our setters fill your calendar with qualified clinic owners. Your job is to run the call, prove the value, and close. What you will do Run discovery and demo calls with medspa, wellness, peptide, longevity and aesthetic clinic owners booked by our setters Diagnose the clinic's growth goals and map them to SHMEL channels with clear unit economics: cost per booking, patient value, expected return Handle objections on price, timing, trust and current marketing, without discounts as a first move Follow up every open deal within 24 hours, run a tight pipeline in our CRM, and reactivate stalled deals Close clinics onto paid subscriptions and hand a clean, documented deal to onboarding Feed objections and market signals back to the team weekly What we are looking for Proven B2B closing experience with real numbers you can share, services or SaaS preferred Healthcare, medspa, or marketing agency sales experience is a strong plus You run a structured call: discovery, diagnosis, pitch, close. No feature dumping Fluent, confident English, strong on Zoom, available US business hours in your own time zone. This role is fully remote, work from anywhere in the US
Compensation
Commission based: a percentage of the revenue you close. The exact percentage is discussed personally with each candidate Uncapped.
