About the Opportunity: The SCHEDULING COORDINATOR NEW PATIENT is responsible for managing the scheduling process for new and newly established patients in the cancer center clinics. The role ensures accurate patient information is collected and entered, explains forms and policies to patients, and addresses their inquiries. This position plays a key role in facilitating patient access to care through efficient scheduling and communication. Responsibilities: Schedule appointments for new and newly established patients via calls, emails, or requests Collect and verify accurate patient information Explain forms and policies to patients Respond to patient questions and concerns Enter information correctly into computer systems Handle daily incoming call volumes Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Strong computer skills Pay Range and Compensation Package: $18.64 to $28.53 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, education, and internal equity Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
