Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate’s degree in health information technology, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of office clerical support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR, including modules such as Epic Care Everywhere, Epic MyChart, and Epic Referral Management.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting daily targets.
• Basic understanding of payer systems (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers) and eligibility verification processes.

• 2+ years of experience working with Epic or similar EHR platforms.
