Key Responsibilities
As the Senior AI Integration & ChatGPT Optimization Lead, you will be the go‑to expert for deploying, training, and refining ChatGPT solutions across brighthush and for our clients. Your day‑to‑day impact will include:
- Strategic Consulting & Implementation – Lead the design and rollout of ChatGPT‑powered workflows, from customer support automation to data analysis pipelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering – Craft, test, and iterate prompts to extract high‑quality, context‑aware responses, and develop reusable prompt libraries for recurring use cases.
- Training & Enablement – Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions that empower internal teams and client stakeholders to adopt AI confidently.
- Prototype Development & Pilot Management – Build rapid prototypes, run pilot projects, and measure impact against defined KPIs, translating insights into scalable solutions.
- Knowledge Asset Creation – Produce comprehensive guides, video tutorials, playbooks, and best‑practice documents that support ongoing adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Continuous Improvement & Support – Monitor post‑deployment performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on models and workflows to sustain high value.
- Technology Watch & Thought Leadership – Stay ahead of AI trends, evaluate new capabilities, and advocate for innovative integrations within the brighthush ecosystem.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience with advanced ChatGPT or comparable language models.
- Hands‑on expertise in automating business processes (e.g., RPA, API integrations).
- Track record of training teams or executives on emerging technologies.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency
- Deep mastery of ChatGPT, brighthush models, and prompt engineering best practices.
