Position Overview

As the Senior AI Strategy & Automation Lead, you will be the catalyst for AI adoption across brighthush and our client ecosystem. You will blend deep technical expertise with strategic vision to design, implement, and scale ChatGPT‑powered solutions that drive business value. Your role will span from hands‑on model fine‑tuning to high‑level stakeholder engagement, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with corporate goals and delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Enablement & Training – Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (live workshops, e‑learning modules, and video tutorials) that empower internal teams and external clients to use ChatGPT confidently and autonomously.
• Solution Architecture – Configure and fine‑tune ChatGPT models to meet diverse business needs, from automating repetitive tasks and enhancing customer support to generating high‑quality content and performing data analysis.
• Use‑Case Development – Identify, prototype, and validate advanced use cases that integrate ChatGPT into existing workflows, ensuring measurable ROI and scalability.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in deploying and optimizing ChatGPT or similar large language models in a professional setting.
• Strong background in process automation, preferably with tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, or custom API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs, including video production and interactive workshops.
• Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken) with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Hands‑on expertise in prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and performance evaluation.
