The Opportunity

As a Senior AI‑Driven Investment Insights Engineer at brighthush, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying AI solutions that directly influence the day‑to‑day decisions of investment professionals. Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End AI Agent Development – From problem discovery with clients to production deployment, you’ll build intelligent agents that solve real business problems.
• LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering – Design and implement large language model (LLM) pipelines, including function calling, structured outputs, and retrieval‑augmented workflows.
• Evaluation & Testing – Define rigorous evaluation criteria, build test harnesses, and iterate until the AI behaves reliably in ambiguous, domain‑specific contexts.
• Client Collaboration – Work directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, validate AI behavior, and refine solutions based on user feedback.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python.
