Senior Biostatistician

Job Title: Senior Biostatistician Company: Novozen Healthcare LLC Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: 12 months Contract

Key Responsibilities

Design clinical trials and develop statistical analysis plans. Perform statistical analyses and interpret clinical data. Use SAS, R, and Python for statistical programming. Conduct statistical simulations, sample-size calculations, and power analyses. Analyze safety and efficacy data from clinical trials. Apply statistical methods to manage missing data and control statistical errors. Review and validate statistical programs and results. Coordinate SAS programming activities with internal and external teams. Support regulatory submissions and clinical development programs.

Required Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field. 5–7 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience. Experience supporting Phase I–III clinical trials. Must have served as the primary statistician for at least one NDA/BLA submission. Strong knowledge of SAS, R, and Python. Experience with clinical trial design, statistical simulations, and power calculations. Knowledge of ANCOVA, multiple imputation, multiplicity control, and type I error control. Understanding of clinical trial regulations and drug development.
