Position Overview

The Senior Clinical Nurse Consultant – Customer Success & Data Analytics Lead is a hybrid role that blends frontline nursing expertise, data science acumen, and strategic customer engagement. You will serve as the clinical champion for our most critical accounts, ensuring that brighthush’s infusion technologies are not only adopted but fully integrated into everyday practice. By turning raw infusion data into actionable insights, you’ll help executives, pharmacists, and nursing leaders make decisions that directly improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Champion: Act as the primary clinical liaison for assigned accounts, guiding them from post‑implementation to long‑term success through proactive engagement, on‑site wellness checks, and continuous optimization.
• Data Analyst: Collect, clean, and analyze infusion pump data, smart pump utilization metrics, alert logs, and drug library compliance across community hospitals and health systems.
• Insight Translator: Convert complex analytics into clear, executive‑ready recommendations that support medication safety initiatives, workflow improvements, root‑cause investigations, and performance enhancements.
• Executive Presenter: Lead high‑level reporting and presentations for brighthush’s Executive Data Analytics Program, communicating strategic insights to C‑suite, pharmacy, and nursing leadership.
• Cross‑Functional Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Implementation, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
• Subject‑Matter Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of brighthush infusion devices, software platforms, interoperability solutions, and evolving best practices in medication administration.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate: Identify gaps in clinical workflows, propose evidence‑based solutions, and champion adoption of new features or best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related fields.
• Unrestricted RN license and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/business automation systems, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage multidisciplinary clinical leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in clinical consulting, interoperability, or clinical informatics is highly desirable.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills to bridge technical support, sales, and clinical implementations.
