- Define a forward‑looking annual roadmap for case studies, customer spotlights, and proof‑point assets in partnership with Product Marketing, ensuring alignment with revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact—such as pipeline lift, new bookings, and product adoption—rather than a first‑in‑first‑out queue.
- Maintain a dynamic content calendar that reflects product launches, market trends, and customer milestones, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact assets.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the advocacy strategy, incorporating feedback from sales, marketing, and customer success to refine focus areas.
End‑to‑End Content Production

- Leverage brighthush tools to extract actionable insights from customer conversations and transform them into high‑impact assets.
- Develop a library of reusable content templates and guidelines to streamline production and maintain consistency.
- Produce and promote customer spotlights across web, social, and email channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Continuously update legacy case studies to reflect evolving product features, market positioning, and customer success stories.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia assets—video, podcasts, infographics—that enhance storytelling.
Customer Reviews & Platform Ownership
- Manage the customer reference database and oversee the review‑generation program across brighthush review platforms.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, monitor spend, and optimize ROI for review platforms, ensuring timely renewal and budget adherence.
- Track review metrics, surface insights to product and marketing teams, and incorporate feedback into the broader advocacy narrative.
- Implement a systematic approach to gather, curate, and showcase customer reviews in marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
Logo Management & Brand Compliance
- Oversee the end‑to‑end process for customer logo usage, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Legal and Brand teams to secure approvals and maintain an up‑to‑date repository of approved logos.
- Develop a clear policy for logo usage across all marketing assets and internal communications.
Customer Awards Program
- Lead the annual customer awards program, from nominee sourcing and selection to award production and event integration.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to highlight award winners in case studies, webinars, and social media.
- Coordinate logistics for award ceremonies, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
Event Content Capture
- Plan and execute on‑site video filming and customer engagement logistics at flagship events, conferences, and user group meetings.
- Develop filming schedules, secure signed participation agreements, and coordinate with production teams to deliver high‑quality video assets.
- Post‑event, edit and distribute content to maximize reach across digital channels.
Workflow & Operations
- Design, document, and continuously refine the content workflow, from intake to publication, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Project manage cross‑functional teams, track milestones, and mitigate risks to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Implement project management tools and dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into content pipeline status.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on the performance of proof‑point content, linking assets to pipeline, bookings, and adoption metrics.
- Provide regular insights to stakeholders and contribute to the consolidated advocacy narrative led by the Advocacy Programs Senior Manager.
