  • Financial Document Review: Analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and credit reports to gauge risk and tailor financing packages.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve qualification criteria, and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rate, average deal size) and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance sales processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Comfortable operating high‑volume dialer systems and managing call scripts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to review and interpret basic financial documents (balance sheets, income statements).
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast‑paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (e.g., reporting, automation, integration).
  • Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, or financial modeling.
  • Previous exposure to outbound sales campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR) related to outbound communications.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment with distributed stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies
