Senior Customer Engagement Manager – Product Launch & Go‑To‑Market Strategy Lead at brighthush
About brighthush
brighthush is a trailblazing public‑benefit corporation that is redefining the way primary care practices connect with patients, payers, and technology. Founded in 2014, we have grown to become the largest network of independent primary care providers in the United States. Our mission is simple yet powerful: empower primary care practices to thrive in a value‑based care ecosystem while delivering better health outcomes for patients. By creating innovative, data‑driven contracts and tools, we help practices shift from fee‑for‑service to value‑based models, ensuring physicians are rewarded for keeping patients healthy rather than treating illness.
At brighthush, we believe that the future of healthcare is collaborative, inclusive, and technology‑enabled. Our culture is built on curiosity, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to public health. We are a remote‑first organization that values flexibility, work‑life balance, and the unique perspectives that each team member brings.
Role Overview
The Senior Customer Engagement Manager – Product Launch & Go‑To‑Market Strategy Lead is the linchpin of our product launch engine. You will architect and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for our flagship product portfolios, ensuring that every release is field‑ready, compliant, and aligned with our mission to accelerate value‑based care. Working independently with minimal oversight, you will collaborate across product, business, legal, and field teams to deliver clear, compelling enablement content and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. End‑to‑End Release Management & Coordination
- Lead the full product launch lifecycle for assigned portfolios (e.g., Quality, Affordability, Care Programs). From concept to go‑live, you will own the timeline, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Coordinate with Product, Business, Legal, and Field teams to track technology releases, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Develop and refine release messaging, ensuring it resonates with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Align release importance with communication tiering, prioritizing high‑impact announcements for senior stakeholders.
2. Multi‑Channel Asset Development
- Create a comprehensive suite of enablement materials: live training slides, newsletters, email templates, Pendo guides, Zendesk Knowledge Base articles, and more.
- Leverage proprietary AI‑driven workflow tools to accelerate content creation, maintain consistency, and scale production across multiple channels.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brighthush’s communication strategy, brand voice, and compliance/legal review protocols.
- Iterate on assets based on feedback from field teams and customers, driving continuous improvement.
3. Operations & Practice Recruitment
- Act as the gatekeeper for early‑phase product testing, selecting practices that best represent our target market.
- Define practice selection criteria, manage recruitment, eligibility, and onboarding for beta testing.
- Coordinate qualitative feedback loops during beta, capturing insights that de‑risk releases before General Availability.
- Build strong relationships with practice leaders, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the testing cycle.
4. Project Tracking & Channel Socialization
- Maintain and optimize project tracking structures (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Schedule, package, and socialize release communications across established field and practice channels such as newsletters, webinars, and in‑app notifications.
- Educate customers on how to leverage new product features to improve value‑based care performance.
- Measure engagement metrics and adjust communication strategies to maximize adoption.
