About brighthush

brighthush is a pioneering SaaS powerhouse that empowers enterprises worldwide to reimagine their digital landscapes. Leveraging AI‑driven analytics, seamless multi‑product platform integration, and industry‑specific vertical workflows, we help organizations accelerate growth, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue streams. Our culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on delivering measurable impact for our customers and partners. At brighthush, we don’t just provide technology – we provide the evidence that proves it works.

Role Overview

As the Senior Customer Evidence Manager, you will be the strategic steward of brighthush’s customer‑proof ecosystem. Your mission is to create, curate, and champion the evidence that fuels our managed sales motion—case studies, ROI analyses, video testimonials, peer reviews, and competitive validation. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Campaign Enablement, and Product teams to ensure that the right proof reaches the right buyer at the right moment, driving pipeline velocity, win rates, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s complex B2B landscape, buyers rely less on brand promises and more on credible, data‑driven proof from peers who have walked the same path. Your work will protect customer trust, provide buyers with accurate, compelling evidence, and move deals forward. You will be the editorial authority on what constitutes a great customer story, setting the creative and editorial bar while delegating execution to trusted agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate Identification & Outreach – Collaborate with account teams to identify high‑impact advocates, coordinate outreach, manage consent and approvals, and record participation preferences to prevent customer fatigue.
  • Creative & Editorial Leadership – Define the creative vision and editorial standards for all evidence assets. Maintain an up‑to‑date taxonomy, ensure freshness, and guarantee discoverability across the asset library (case studies, ROI studies, video testimonials, peer/G2 reviews, customer voice, competitive proof).
  • Sales Content Library Management – Own the organization of assets within platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or DocSend. Categorize by deal stage, customer profile, vertical, and product; enforce freshness standards; and proactively surface content gaps.
  • Sales‑Marketing Feedback Loop – Facilitate recurring feedback sessions with sellers to understand their needs, assess content performance in live deals, and prioritize new evidence initiatives.
  • Proof Deployment & Utilization Tracking – Ensure the right proof reaches the right seller at the right deal stage. Track evidence utilization by account executive and deal stage to close adoption gaps.
  • Attribution & Reporting – Partner with Marketing Operations to build campaign attribution and reporting in Salesforce, measuring evidence’s influence on pipeline, win rate, and sales‑cycle velocity.
  • Performance Reporting – Provide monthly performance reports to Sales and Marketing, highlighting evidence impact on pipeline acceleration and maintaining a rolling pipeline of customers at each stage of evidence development.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement—ideally spanning all three disciplines.
  • Proven track record of building and operating a customer evidence, case‑study, or advocacy program that sellers actively use in live sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and the specific evidence required at each stage—from discovery and evaluation to procurement and legal review.
  • Hands‑on experience partnering with account executives and SDRs to produce commercially effective content and enablement tools.
  • Creative and editorial expertise with a keen eye for compelling storytelling and credible social proof. Ability to set the bar, write briefs, direct agency partners, and edit to a high standard—without personally producing every asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with sales content platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or DocSend.
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign attribution, pipeline reporting, or related revenue analytics—capable of linking content performance to business outcomes.
  • Background supporting enterprise or managed sales motions in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience developing customer proof for AI products, workflow solutions, or multi‑product platform adoption.
  • Familiarity with G2 or other peer‑review programs, and with GEO/customer‑voice strategy.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Operations, Campaign Enablement, or Marketing Data Science on content attribution and sales‑content analytics.
  • Experience creating evidence for priority verticals such as marketing & creative, architecture & engineering, or construction.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to align evidence initiatives with broader sales and marketing objectives.
  • Project Management – Manage multiple stories, stakeholders, and agency partners simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Acumen – Translate data from Salesforce and content platforms into actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Build trust with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative Judgment – Evaluate creative concepts and editorial content to ensure they resonate with target audiences.
  • Adaptability – Thrive in a fast‑moving environment, pivoting priorities as market dynamics shift.
