  • Account Planning & Strategy: Partner with sales, business development, finance, and customer success to understand client needs, develop proposals, and secure long‑term agreements on processes, charges, and service levels.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and milestone meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to guarantee timely product deliveries and project milestones.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage MRP volumes, new product development support, and manufacturing readiness reviews, ensuring alignment across all functional teams.
  • Governance & Reporting: Design integrated project plans, host regular program tracking meetings, and produce transparent status updates for internal teams and customers.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Leverage database management and analytical skills to prepare performance reports for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Contract & SOW Management: Participate in contract negotiations, develop long‑term agreements on processes and charges, and author Statements of Work that align with customer objectives.
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all programs meet regulatory and internal compliance standards, coordinate remediation plans, approvals, and evidence collection.
  • Pricing & Bid Support: Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and supply chain to analyze cost structures, price variances, and bid proposals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, solicit performance feedback, and relay insights to internal teams.
