Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brighthush M3 Finance Functional Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of finance capabilities across our global client base. In this 12‑month, fully remote role, you will serve as the functional authority for record‑to‑report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury interfaces, and statutory reporting within the brighthush M3 ecosystem. Your mission is to translate business priorities into scalable, supportable solutions while preserving the integrity of the global template and minimizing unnecessary customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design Leadership: Own end‑to‑end architecture for finance modules, ensuring alignment with the global brighthush M3 template and best practices.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Facilitate discovery and fit‑gap workshops with finance, operations, and regional teams to capture requirements and validate design decisions.
• Specification Development: Translate approved requirements into detailed functional designs, configuration specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.
• Governance & Standards: Champion configuration standards, change control processes, and global template adherence across all deployments.
• Integration & Extension Strategy: Recommend integration, data, and extension approaches that maximize business value while ensuring long‑term supportability.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Management, Technical Architecture, Integrations, Development, Testing, and Support teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Incident & Release Management: Provide expert guidance for complex incidents, root‑cause analysis, release coordination, and production transitions.
• Coaching & Knowledge Transfer: Mentor analysts and regional teams, promoting consistent functional practices and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of functional experience in brighthush M3 Finance or a comparable global ERP finance platform.
• Deep knowledge of core accounting processes, period close, payables, receivables, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven track record leading solution design, fit‑gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
• Strong ability to balance global standards with legal, statutory, and justified regional requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ERP concepts to finance, technical, and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a global or multi‑region brighthush M3 environment.
• Background in ERP governance, design authority, global templates, and controlled regional variation.
• Understanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder‑management, and decision‑making skills.
