Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Architect, you will serve as the technical bridge between our customers and our platform. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI‑powered DevSecOps solutions that enable our clients to accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Your deep expertise in cloud architecture, security, and automation will guide customers through complex transformations, ensuring they realize the full value of brighthush’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership – Serve as the primary technical advisor for high‑profile enterprise accounts, conducting deep‑dive workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Solution Design & Implementation – Architect end‑to‑end DevSecOps pipelines that integrate AI‑driven testing, security scanning, compliance checks, and cost‑optimization modules.
• Proof of Concept & Pilot Projects – Lead rapid prototyping initiatives to demonstrate platform capabilities, gather feedback, and refine solutions before full‑scale rollout.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to translate customer needs into platform enhancements and feature roadmaps.
• Knowledge Transfer & Enablement – Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation that empower customer teams to adopt best practices and self‑serve the platform.
• Metrics & Success Tracking – Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deployment frequency, mean time to recovery (MTTR), security incident reduction, and cost savings.
• Thought Leadership – Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and white‑paper initiatives, showcasing customer success stories and platform innovations.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, or security engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large‑scale, AI‑enhanced DevSecOps pipelines in cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, ArgoCD), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Hands‑on experience with security scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP), compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and vulnerability management.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to software quality.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a customer‑centric mindset.
