Key Responsibilities

- Account Strategy & Planning: Design and execute clear success plans, rally cross‑functional partners, and drive adoption, impact, and measurable outcomes.
- Renewals & Forecasting: Own renewal processes, maintain accurate health scores, forecast revenue, and identify expansion opportunities that align with the customer’s evolving needs.
- Usage‑Based Insights: Analyze consumption patterns, translate data into adoption plans, and proactively address early signs of churn or under‑utilization.
- AI Use‑Case Leadership: Lead discovery workshops and pilot programs for AI agents, guiding customers from proof‑of‑concept to production, and managing change‑management initiatives.
- ROI Definition: Co‑create success criteria and ROI models with each client, ensuring clear business value is demonstrated and communicated.
- Executive Business Reviews: Conduct high‑value conversations with senior leaders to surface progress, risks, and results, reinforcing brighthush as a strategic partner.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Technical Architects, Forward‑Deployed Engineers, and Services Providers to deliver seamless launches, scalable architectures, and strong renewal outcomes.
- Voice of the Customer: Capture and synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights that shape product direction, improve processes, and elevate the Enterprise experience.
- Travel: Up to 15% travel (typically 1‑2 trips per quarter) for on‑site workshops, executive meetings, and industry events.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience advising Enterprise customers in a SaaS or digital‑experience environment, with a proven track record of driving adoption, renewal, and expansion.
