As part of our Customer System Management Team (CSMT), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of our customer data assets. Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Management: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer master data, including data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to maintain a single source of truth across all business units.
• Compliance & Governance: Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring adherence to global standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and local data protection laws.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Alteryx that provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and compliance stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and propose automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external partners to resolve data quality issues and support data‑driven decision making.
• Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation for data processes and deliver training sessions to end users, ensuring consistent understanding and usage of data assets.
• Project Management: Lead or participate in cross‑functional projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, master data management, or a similar role within a regulated industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas) and Microsoft Access.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau for data visualization and Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and understanding of customer data flows within these platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience implementing data quality rules.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in additional BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data lake architectures.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.
