Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of Joseph & Company Jewelry. This role leads operational planning, sets performance targets, and ensures processes support superior customer service and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows, optimizing supply chain and inventory processes, and overseeing budgeting and resource allocation. The Senior Director of Operations collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with company standards and policies. This role also provides strategic leadership to operations teams, coaching managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
