1. Multi‑Channel Loyalty & Retention Platform

  • Own the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a loyalty platform that spans email, direct mail, SMS, digital, and emerging channels.
  • Define requirements across the full customer lifecycle: new vehicle purchase, service retention, maintenance, declined service, lapsed customers, lease maturity, vehicle upgrades, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Specify personalized communication flows, business rules for eligibility, segmentation, timing, offers, suppression, frequency, and campaign orchestration.
  • Design data integration architecture that unifies vehicle ownership, transaction and service history, engagement data, and marketing permissions.
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks, attribution models, and ROI dashboards.
  • Ensure the platform serves both OEM‑level programs and individual dealer needs, balancing standardization with configurability.

2. Two‑Way Customer Texting Solution

  • Own the product strategy for an automotive‑focused, two‑way texting platform that guides customers from the first message to resolution or conversion.
  • Define opt‑in/opt‑out flows, consent management, compliance with FCC, TCPA, and state regulations.
  • Specify automated and interactive messaging for appointment scheduling, service reminders, sales follow‑up, lead response, and campaign messaging.
  • Design dealer‑configurable templates, personalization tokens, triggers, workflows, and escalation rules.
  • Evaluate third‑party texting technologies, define API requirements, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Integrate with CRM, DMS, service scheduling, marketing platforms, and customer databases to create a seamless experience.

Product Requirements & Roadmap Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, revenue opportunity, and development effort.
  • Create and communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and milestone timelines to stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and UX teams to validate that delivered features meet documented requirements.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.

Stakeholder & Industry Leadership

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert on automotive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, dealership personnel, marketing teams, and internal leadership.
  • Monitor evolving OEM program requirements and translate them into actionable roadmap items.
  • Collect dealer and end‑user feedback, synthesize insights, and advocate for the customer and dealer perspective in product decisions.

Data, Analytics & Measurement

  • Define segmentation, predictive targeting, and cross‑channel interaction tracking requirements.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that tie campaigns to outcomes such as vehicle sales, repair orders, service revenue, appointment conversions, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI definitions.
