Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Cloud Integration Solutions Architect & Customer Technology Analyst to join our Remote Contract team for a 12‑plus month engagement. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure architects. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of new and legacy systems, driving defect resolution, and shaping the technical roadmap for our cloud‑based utilities solutions. You will collaborate closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security domains to guarantee that every release, change, and integration aligns with both business objectives and technical best practices.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior analysts, influence product direction, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your deep understanding of utilities business processes, regulatory frameworks, and emerging cloud technologies will enable you to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also compliant, secure, and future‑proof.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support & Release Management: Coordinate quarterly releases, manage defect triage, and oversee change management processes to maintain high system availability.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to architect, build, and support robust application architectures and integrations.
• Integration Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive integration diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications for both new and legacy systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to capture functional requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Technical Specification Development: Draft, review, and validate detailed technical design documents, sequence diagrams, and system flows using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current on emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in cloud, DevOps, and utilities IT.
• Business Logic Translation: Understand and model complex business processes to produce clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases, conduct system testing, and verify defect resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Systems, Product, or Business Analyst in a solution delivery environment.
• Hands‑on experience with utilities business processes and a solid understanding of the industry’s regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.
