Role Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the East region, you will be the primary post‑sales advocate for our most strategic accounts. Your influence will span technical and business stakeholders, and you will partner closely with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable insights that drive product evolution, support excellence, and service delivery. You will be a trusted advisor, a data‑driven strategist, and a relentless champion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Success Planning & Value Realization – Partner with customers, pre‑sales, and post‑sales teams to develop comprehensive success plans that align with each client’s goals, challenges, and regulatory landscape. Lead the full Business Value Realization cycle, helping customers quantify ROI, reduce risk, and demonstrate value to their leadership.

  • Process Innovation – Own the customer success process for the East region, continuously refining workflows, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics to track adoption metrics, customer health scores, and ROI indicators. Use insights to refine success plans and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
