About brighthush
brighthush is a trailblazer in the digital transformation of engineering. Since 2012, we have engineered a cloud‑native, AI‑powered simulation platform that unifies computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, and electromagnetics tools into a single, browser‑based environment. Powered by Engineering AI for intelligent setup, Physics AI for instant, validated predictions, and agentic workflows that automate multi‑step simulation pipelines at any scale, brighthush lets engineers explore thousands of design options, test them instantly, and make confident decisions—without the traditional bottlenecks of specialist‑owned CAE tools.
Over the past decade, we have evolved from a small engineering startup into a global platform trusted by more than 800,000 engineers worldwide. Our customers span aerospace, automotive, energy, consumer goods, and many other high‑impact industries. By accelerating innovation, reducing time‑to‑market, and lowering engineering costs, we help our partners achieve breakthrough results that set new industry standards. At brighthush, we are proud to support a diverse portfolio of clients who rely on our technology to drive tangible, measurable outcomes.
Why This Role Matters
Enterprise accounts are the engine that powers brighthush’s growth. As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be the catalyst that turns a single engagement into a full‑blown enterprise standard. Your focus on adoption, evidence of value, and deep, trust‑based relationships will create the conditions for exponential expansion. Moreover, you will shape and continuously optimize how Customer Success operates at brighthush—defining what a great executive business review looks like, how value realization is measured, and how we scale enterprise partnerships in an international environment.
The Role
In this role, you will serve as the strategic partnership lead for a select group of brighthush’s top‑tier enterprise accounts. Your primary mission is to transform a foothold into a full‑blown enterprise standard: drive adoption, prove tangible value, build influential relationships, and unlock new parts of the organization that have yet to engage. Your success will be measured by the Net Retention Rate across your accounts, a clear indicator of customer satisfaction, expansion, and long‑term partnership health.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development – Own the end‑to‑end partnership roadmap for each enterprise account, diving deep into the client’s unique challenges, opportunities, and business objectives.
- Executive Relationship Management – Build and nurture relationships with VP‑level decision makers, executive sponsors, and initiative owners who hold the budget and outcomes for the programs we support.
- Adoption & Enablement Champion – Ensure brighthush becomes the default simulation platform across engineering teams by driving enablement, standardization, and embedding into day‑to‑day workflows.
- Enterprise Program Leadership – Lead multi‑team, multi‑site rollouts executed to plan, with milestones and executive reporting.
- Value Realization & ROI Demonstration – Define success metrics with the customer, evidence ROI, and use the value generated in one team as the business case to scale the account into the next department, site, or entity.
- Account Expansion & Mapping – Discover departments, entities, business units, and sites not yet engaged, identify the right people inside them, and create the conditions for growth.
- Operational & Executive Business Reviews – Shape the customer’s simulation strategy and align it with their broader business objectives.
- Team Orchestration – Mobilize a full internal team—Marketing (ABM), SDR, Solution Engineering, and Commercial—to deliver on the account’s direction.
- Risk Management & Net Retention – Monitor early risk indicators and bring the right colleagues on board to mitigate challenges, ensuring a healthy Net Retention Rate.

- Commercial Colleagues – Take the qualified opportunities you create through negotiation and signature, so you can stay focused on the partnership.
- Product & Engineering – Take the Voice of Customer from our largest accounts into the roadmap.
