As the Senior Fleet Customer Success Manager, you will architect and lead brighthush’s fleet CS function from the ground up. Your role will span the entire customer journey—from initial vehicle demo to post‑delivery support—ensuring every fleet account receives personalized, proactive care that drives retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Design and launch the fleet onboarding framework. Create a pilot success playbook and an account health model that will serve as the backbone for fleet CS operations across commercial, government, and small‑business verticals.
- Collaborate with Retail CS. Define shared infrastructure, escalation pathways, and clear boundaries between fleet‑specific and generalist support to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead loaner vehicle pilot programs. Work closely with Sales to establish demo success plans, set KPIs, track pilot engagement, and define real‑time issue resolution pathways.
- Own the first 90 days post‑purchase. Coordinate charging infrastructure, vehicle upfitting, fleet management system integration, driver orientation, and delivery logistics for every new fleet account.
- Execute structured post‑delivery check‑ins. Conduct 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day reviews to document successes, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Serve as the single point of contact. Provide a named, reliable contact for new fleet accounts during activation, eliminating ticket queues and fostering trust.
- Manage end‑to‑end issue escalation. Triage problems, coordinate internally across product and operations, and communicate transparently with customers, providing clear timelines and resolutions.

- Organized and systematic. You manage a growing portfolio of accounts without letting anything fall through the cracks, building processes simple enough for future teams to run.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment. You thrive when tools and processes are still being built rather than maintained.
