The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary Senior Key Customer Solutions Architect to become the trusted technical partner for our most strategic GPU Cloud customers across the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire AI lifecycle—design, deployment, and scaling—while managing large‑scale GPU workloads that range from hundreds to thousands of GPUs. Your expertise will help shape the future of AI by delivering high‑impact solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to unlock new growth opportunities.

Based in the UAE, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to our global engineering community. Your influence will extend beyond individual projects; you will help define the roadmap for brighthush’s GPU Cloud services and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, providing expert guidance on architecture, performance tuning, and best practices for AI/ML workloads.
• Solution Design & Deployment: Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions that leverage brighthush’s GPU Cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with customers’ existing infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Performance Optimization: Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for both training and inference workloads, using industry‑leading tools and techniques to achieve maximum throughput and cost efficiency.
• Sales & Business Development: Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, craft compelling technical presentations, and close deals that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Product Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between customers and product teams, capturing feedback, prioritizing feature requests, and ensuring that new releases address real‑world challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment across engineering, support, and business units to resolve complex issues.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
• Project Management: Lead cross‑functional projects, set realistic timelines, manage resources, and deliver on commitments while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Thought Leadership: Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and community events, positioning the company as a thought leader in GPU cloud and AI infrastructure.
• Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards across all regions.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10+ years in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, with hands‑on experience automating cloud deployments and managing infrastructure lifecycle.
• Container Orchestration: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and experience building and deploying containerized AI workloads.
• Programming: Strong Python programming skills, enabling you to develop scripts, automation, and custom tooling for AI pipelines.
• GPU Computing: Solid understanding of GPU architectures, CUDA, OpenCL, and the nuances of ML training and inference workloads.
• Customer‑Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build trust, nurture long‑term relationships, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Middle East and Africa region as needed to support on‑site engagements.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Hands‑on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm and Kubeflow.
