Role Description The Senior Product Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role oversees product discovery and definition, translating insights and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives. The Senior Product Director will collaborate with cross-functional contributors to design, test, and launch digital products, educational offerings, and tools that reflect Dr Khan’s entrepreneurial and academic expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting product KPIs, analyzing performance, guiding iterative improvements, and ensuring alignment between product decisions and long-term business goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, refining processes, and championing a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Strong product leadership capabilities, including Product Strategy and Product Management skills. Robust Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation. Proven Team Leadership experience in guiding, coaching, and aligning cross-functional contributors. Effective Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives on schedule. Experience in building and scaling digital products, education or content platforms is highly beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Background in entrepreneurship, consulting, or innovation-focused roles is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are valued.
