Why This Role Matters

As brighthush expands its footprint into the enterprise space, we need a visionary Product Manager to shape the B2B Customer Solutions portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for solutions that help organizations, partners, and health‑care providers adopt, implement, and grow with our platform. Your work will directly influence revenue, partner satisfaction, and the overall health of our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Delivery – Lead the full product lifecycle for B2B offerings, from ideation and roadmap definition to launch and continuous improvement. Own product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership – Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external partners. Facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Serve as the single point of accountability for product outcomes.

  • Operational Excellence – Establish metrics, dashboards, and processes that keep teams aligned, unblocked, and accountable. Drive continuous improvement in product development workflows.
  • Customer Advocacy – Act as the voice of the customer. Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and translate pain points into actionable product enhancements.
  • Enablement & Training – Develop and deliver training materials for Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams. Ensure they understand product capabilities, gaps, and roadmap.
  • Platform Collaboration – Work closely with core product teams (Commerce Platform, Payments, Member Experience, Enterprise Platform) to define shared services, clarify ownership, and deliver seamless experiences for both members and B2B customers.
  • Stakeholder Influence – Advocate for B2B solutions as a growth engine. Influence product, commercial, and operations priorities, resource allocation, and trade‑offs.
  • Storytelling & Thought Leadership – Craft compelling narratives around B2B growth, positioning, and customer value. Present insights to senior leadership and external partners.
