Senior Remote Operations Manager – Customer Success & Strategic Support – Championing Innovative Student Transportation Solutions at brighthush

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

About brighthush

brighthush is a purpose‑driven organization on a mission to eradicate transportation barriers that prevent children from reaching their full potential. By pairing caring, experienced adults with students who face homelessness, foster care, or special needs, we deliver safe, reliable, and personalized rides that go far beyond the conventional school bus model. Our drivers are often former teachers, nurses, caregivers, and community volunteers who bring empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference in every student’s life.

Our culture is anchored in three core values: Excellence Everywhere, Driven to Learn, and Trust is Everything. These principles guide everything we do—from driver training to cross‑functional collaboration. We believe that a supportive, inclusive, and values‑driven environment is the foundation for delivering exceptional service to students, families, and educators.

Why brighthush is a Trailblazer in Student Transportation

In an industry that has long relied on rigid, one‑size‑fits‑all solutions, brighthush is redefining what it means to provide transportation for vulnerable children. We combine data‑driven insights, technology, and a human‑centric approach to create a system that is:

  • Adaptive – routes and schedules evolve in real time to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Transparent – parents and district partners receive instant updates and can track rides with ease.
  • Scalable – our platform supports rapid expansion into new regions without compromising quality.
  • Impact‑Focused – every mile driven translates into a tangible improvement in a child’s academic and emotional well‑being.
