About the Role
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to support ITOM Discovery, AWS cloud integration, and Kubernetes/EKS integration. The role focuses on improving discovery coverage, troubleshooting integration failures, and automating discovery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot Horizontal Discovery, MID Servers, schedules, and Discovery Patterns. Support Service Graph Connector for AWS, cloud inventory, and discovery failures. Implement and troubleshoot Kubernetes Visibility Agent and Amazon EKS integration. Troubleshoot OAuth, authentication, SSH/WMI, and discovery connectivity issues. Resolve Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) issues and multi-source reconciliation. Improve discovery coverage, maintain health dashboards, reduce errors, and automate processes.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Horizontal Discovery. Proven experience integrating AWS with ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Amazon EKS integration. Experience with MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, and SSH/WMI troubleshooting. Strong scripting and advanced troubleshooting skills. Experience with IRE, source reconciliation, OAuth, and authentication troubleshooting. Compensation: Estimated hourly range: $70–$80/hr. W2 Final rate will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
