Senior Solution Architect – UKG & SAP Time/Payroll Location: 100% Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in UKG (Kronos) and SAP Time/Payroll to lead a multi-phase enterprise timekeeping transformation. The consultant will drive the migration of a unionized workforce from legacy timekeeping systems to UKG, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Time and Payroll modules. Responsibilities: Lead solution architecture and design for UKG and SAP Time/Payroll implementations. Translate complex union agreements and collective bargaining rules into system configurations. Drive legacy timekeeping system migration and establish scalable data mapping and interface standards. Design and oversee API, middleware, and system integrations. Bridge technical and functional gaps and resolve design challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology leaders, and VMO stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience with both UKG/Kronos and SAP Time/Payroll. Proven experience architecting timekeeping and attendance solutions for unionized workforces. Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements and labor rules. Experience with legacy system migration, data mapping, and enterprise integrations. Strong API and middleware integration expertise. Excellent solution architecture, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Note: Candidates must have strong hands-on expertise in both UKG and SAP Time/Payroll, along with experience supporting unionized workforces.
